My name is Josh de Lange
Josh de Lange is more than just the mind behind Captain Projects—he’s a passionate storyteller, relentless innovator, and a leader with a heart for positive change. From his early days at Lay3rs 3D Printing, where he steered commercial strategy with creativity and precision, to his time at Disney and Efteling, Josh has always sought to weave magic into everything he does. These experiences shaped his belief that storytelling is a powerful tool for impact, a lesson he carries into every project at Captain Projects.
Josh’s journey is marked by a deep commitment to excellence and integrity. Whether developing marketing strategies at Censo or co-founding the Social Change Agents group with Rutgers, he’s driven by a desire to create meaningful connections and foster inclusive communities.
